The Utility LINK system provides online services to customers of Lee's Summit Water Utilities.  Users can utilize the "Quick Pay" feature to make a quick and secure payment by using only their account and customer number from their water and/or sewer utility bill.  Alternatively, users can register their account by setting up a username and password.  Once registered, users have access to several tools to view and perform various account functions, as well as make payments online.

Why Register?     (Back to Top)
By registering with Utility LINK, users can set a user name and password to access their account(s) instead of using their account# and customer#.  Thus, if you ever need to make a payment and don't have a bill handy, or your account# and customer# memorized, you can access your account with your username and password and make a payment.  Registering also offers a variety of helpful tools such as usage history graphs, a consumption comparison tool, a transaction history log and several other amenities.


Making Payments    (Back to Top)
To make a quick, simple payment, select the "Quick Pay" option from the Online Form section of the menu.  This option requires the customer and account number from your bill.

To see more details on your account, register (or log in if already registered) to review your account information.  Once logged in, you have the option to make a payment.


eBill     (Back to Top)
When you register with Utility LINK, you are given the option to receive eBills by selecting "True" or "False".  Selecting "True" will make your next bill available electronically on Utility LINK (provided your next bill has not already generated.  If it has, you will receive your next bill via mail and the following bill will be available electronically.)  Each month when your eBill is available, you will receive an email informing you to log onto Utility LINK to view your new bill.  Once logged in, go to Billing History under Account Options.  Look for the most recent bill record and click "view" under Web Bill to see your bill.  If you have previous eBills, you can also view them at anytime.

If you didn't sign up for eBills when registering and would like to, please follow these steps:
1. Log into Utility LINK
2. Choose "Change Profile" from the menu at the left.
3. Select "Edit Profile"
4. Select "True" next to Receive eBills
5. Select "Update" to change your account to receive eBills.


If you decide you no longer want eBills, you can switch back to paper bills by following these steps:
1. Log into Utility LINK
2. Choose "Change Profile" from the menu at the left.
3. Select "Edit Profile"
4. Select "False" next to Receive eBills
5. Select "Update" to change your account back to receiving paper bills.
